1.    Offer applies to the items purchased first time by a Dealer/Retailer (not a repeat order) within 90 days from the date of invoice. Not valid for consumers.

2.    Valid for MVOLT Branded products only; any non MVOLT product will not be eligible for Money Back Warranty.

3.    Shipping and handling fees (if charged to you) are not refundable.

4.    Any products returned under this program must remain intact with original packaging. Shipping and handling charges with proper shipping practices are the customer’s responsibility.

5.    Any product which is subject to return for any other reason is eligible for our normal warranty program. (Please visit our Terms and Condition Page).

6.    All returns must be pre-authorized. Please obtain a RMA number prior to any return. Items must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issued.

7.    Items must arrive within 15 days of RMA issued or the RMA number will be canceled.

8.    Money will be refunded as soon as the items are received back and verified by our team. Money will be returned in the same format as it was paid initially.
